Job summary

Amrize in Dundee, MI, seeks a Senior CAPEX Engineering Manager to lead large capital projects for US and Canada, focusing on feasibility and front-end engineering design. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in an industrial production setting (cement, aggregates, foundry/furnace or heavy industry).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects (> $10M USD) from feasibility to final investment decision.
• Develop safety culture and ensure health, safety and environmental standards are integrated.
• Coordinate with procurement, strategy, operations, and HS&E to deliver value.
• Prepare basic engineering docs, bid clarifications, and technical evaluations.
• Manage project budgets across feasibility and execution phases.
