Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is hiring for a Manager, Planning – External Operations. The role bases at multiple US sites including Raritan, West Chester, Raynham, Warsaw (IN) and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, requiring collaboration across global partners to ensure service levels and inventory goals.

You will lead capacity planning, drive process improvements, and manage STEM and escalation across external manufacturing partners, aligning demand with global capacity and planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent.
• MBA preferred for leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead External Operations planning activities for a portfolio of products to meet service level, inventory and agility objectives.
• Drive capacity and supply planning strategy across external supply chains.
• Develop and execute a capacity and supply planning strategy; establish KPIs.
• Coordinate across external partner manufacturing facilities to deliver to J&J distribution network.
• Coach and develop others in planning management within a complex matrix.
