Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to be located in West Chester, PA, within the DePuy Synthes organization. You will lead NPI projects as part of the Supply Chain Technical Operations Team, influencing design for manufacturability and supplier integration.

This role requires strong project management, manufacturing expertise, and collaboration across internal functions and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, preferred in the machining area (e.g. Milling, turning).
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience working in the medical device industry or pharmaceutical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the DePuy Synthes Supply Chain Technical Operations Team.
• Apply project management and manufacturing operations knowledge to NPIs and supply chains.
• Lead assigned NPI projects and drive deliverables and project plans.
• Provide inputs into design for manufacturing to meet cost and gross margin targets.
• Assist in supplier identification, qualification, and collaboration on design and process.
