Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Contract Management, US Orthopedics. Based in Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA, or remote on a case-by-case basis, you will lead contract development, negotiations, amendments, and issue resolution for Orthopedics offerings, reporting to the Director, Offer Development, DePuy Synthes.

You will draft and negotiate terms, triage requests, mentor partners, update templates, and collaborate with account management and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Law, Business, or Marketing preferred; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience required; contracting, sales, finance, marketing, or related business required.
• Strong ownership and drive for meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Medical device or MedTech experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in the U.S. healthcare market, including trends, customer dynamics, and compliance requirements.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience supporting customer negotiations and contract development.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions in commercial contract documents.
• Triage requests and prioritize workload to deliver contracts aligned with account management and field sales priorities.
• Resolve complex issues through customer and internal stakeholder negotiation and approvals.
• Mentor and train business partners on contracting requirements and compliance.
• Support projects to create and update contract templates, clause libraries, and SOPs/WIs.
