Job summary

The Cannabist Company, formerly known as Columbia Care, is seeking a Senior Kitchen Technician to assist in preparing and producing cannabis infused edible products. You will follow SOPs, mentor junior staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining fresh inventory and a clean, safe workspace.

This full-time role requires at least two years in kitchen/food service, a high school diploma or GED, and preference for ServeSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of kitchen/food service experience
• ServeSafe Certification is preferred
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients and production of edible products including chocolate, gummy drops and lozenges
• Follow daily production list to maintain stock of finished goods
• Comply with rules and state regulations for food safety and edible production
• Prepare samples for testing
• Package and label edible products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
