Job summary

Justice Cannabis is seeking a Kitchen Technician in Ewing, New Jersey to produce cannabis-infused edibles and beverages. The role involves following recipes, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards to ensure consistent products.

You will work with kitchen staff to meet production goals and comply with cannabis regulations, with training in food safety, GMP/HACCP, and workplace safety. Cannabis experience is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• English fluency (verbal and written per listing).
• Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis-infused edibles and beverages according to recipes and production schedules.
• Measure and mix ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
• Operate ovens, mixers, extraction machines and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Package, label and store products in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor processes and document production activities and quality checks.
