The Cannabist Company is seeking a Senior Kitchen Technician to assist in producing cannabis infused edible products. You will work under supervision to mix ingredients, ensure product freshness, and support inventory accuracy.
Mentoring staff and enforcing safe production are part of the role, with involvement in SOP development and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include turning daily production lists into finished goods, ensuring compliance with food safety laws, and preparing samples

Position Overview: The Senior Kitchen Technician assists in the preparation and production of cannabis infused edible products. Under limited guidance from the Supervisor, Kitchen, the Kitchen Technician mixes ingredients in order to manufacture cannabis infused recipes as directed, following food safety standards. The Senior Kitchen Technician is responsible for ensuring stock and inventory goods are fresh and up-to-date and not expired. The Senior Kitchen Technician may mentor kitchen staff and provide guidance on safe production principles and regulatory guidelines. They will have an active role in developing, writing and enforcing SOP’s and serve as subject matter experts in the production of food for the Cannabist Company.
