Job summary

DCM Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Kitchen Supervisor to supervise production of infused edibles, topicals, tinctures, capsules, and other products. You will manage the kitchen team, ensure labeling compliance, operate equipment, and coordinate with labs.

Requirements include at least high school diploma, 1 year of managerial experience, ability to pass background checks, and 21+ age. On-site five days a week; benefits include health insurance, 401K, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Minimum one year of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Kitchen team in infused product production and packaging.
• Oversee labeling accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Operate and train staff on candy packaging machinery and related equipment.
• Maintain equipment maintenance, logs, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate dosing with lab and ensure quality control of products.
