Job summary

Revolution Global is hiring a Kitchen Technician to create, innovate and develop Revolution’s edible products. You will maintain organizational goals and culture, while remaining compliant with state, federal and other regulatory authorities and organizations.

This full-time role requires a High School diploma (or some college), strong attention to safety, quality control, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or some college.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety practices to provide a safe work environment and prevent cross contamination.
• Build checks and balances to ensure quality and documentation integrity.
• Improve confections and nutraceutical products for shelf stability and flavor.
• Identify equipment, tools, ingredients and methods for edible production.
• Adhere to SOP/GMP and external regulations.
• Report SOP deviations and stay aligned with management directives.
• Work with Quality Assurance to document non-conforming products.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in a sanitary, organized manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to support product development.
• Stay current with industry trends, safety and quality requirements.
