Qualifications

• No experience required, 6 months production preferred.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of allergens and cross contamination, or desire to learn.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing schedules.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Communicates and collaborates with kitchen manager.
• Washing dishes and molds in a timely manner to keep workflow on schedule.
• Ensures all incoming ingredients are correct, and stored properly.
• Be able to lift and carry heavy items such as pots of candy, and 50# bags of sugar.
• Be able to follow SOPs.
• Follow cleaning and sanitizing schedules.
• Removal of refuse, mopping, sweeping, wiping of surfaces.
• Any tasks assigned by Kitchen Lead.
• Packaging of edibles.
• Ability to work in a group or independently as needed.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks.
• Follow all FDA and CRA requirements in the production of food.
• Great attendance necessary as we have time sensitive tasks.
• Weighing and measuring precisely for batch accuracy.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
