Brex in Vancouver, a hybrid office role, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-moving talent team. You will partner with senior leaders, coordinate schedules across time zones, and ensure a professional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

You will build relationships with recruiters and executives, manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and help implement efficient processes while protecting confidential information in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience.
• Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedules across time zones with precision and discretion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging, and confidential experience from first conversation to offer.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to align priorities and maintain clear communication.
• Apply sound judgment to navigate last-minute changes and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
• Support recruiting projects, including system audits, tool management, data pulls and reviews.
• Communicate proactively across teams to build trust and maintain a high standard of service.
