Job summary

Brex in Seattle is seeking a recruiter to partner with engineering leaders to define team needs and role requirements, sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates across channels, while managing the full hiring cycle from outreach to onboarding.

You will build pipelines for current and future needs, track key metrics, and champion Brex’s employer brand at events and on social platforms, with a hybrid schedule in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles, leveraging various tools and social platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Partner directly with Hiring Managers to drive hiring initiatives critical to building Brex's Engineering team.
• Focus on attracting and evaluating top engineering talent with meaningful AI experience with strong core technical skills.
