Clio is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition teams. This 12-month fixed-term contract can sit remote in the USA or hybrid in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

You will own senior roles end-to-end, develop data-informed hiring strategies, and partner with leaders to align hiring priorities with business goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will engage with GTM and G&A leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong data literacy, using metrics and market insights to influence hiring strategy.
• Consultative mindset, trusted advisor to senior leaders and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent partner for GTM or G&A leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Operations.
• Own senior-level and high-impact roles end-to-end with proactive, strategic hiring in Canada and the U.S.
• Develop and implement data-informed hiring strategies to meet quarterly targets while improving candidate experience.
• Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies, meet targets, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Build and maintain pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, and market insights.
• Champion company values and ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational fit.
• Identify opportunities to enhance TA processes and contribute to global recruiting improvements.
