Brex is seeking a Recruiter for the Operations Recruiting team in San Francisco. You'll partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, manage the full recruiting process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The position offers a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office weekly, with other perks including remote work flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and a BS in Human Resources or a related field.

Competenze

• 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices.
• Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week.

Mansioni

• Partner closely with hiring managers in Operations.
• Proactively source passive candidates.
• Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close.
