• 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices.
• Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week.

• Partner closely with hiring managers in Operations.
• Proactively source passive candidates.
• Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close.
