Job summary

Chosun is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to plan intern headcount and recruit top intern and new grad talent in California.

You will build partnerships with hiring managers, People Partners, recruiters, universities, and students; lead career fairs and collegiate events; design robust intern programs including speaker series, brown bag sessions, and team building; align students with Rivian culture and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 4 years of university recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated track record hiring top student talent.
• Ability to drive recruiting processes with timely follow-up.
• Strong rapport with universities (professors, career services, student groups).
• Experience with process improvement and implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels via communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Travel required (25%+).

Responsibilities

• Plan intern headcount with business leaders.
• Recruit top intern and new grad talent.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers, People Partners, recruiters, and universities.
• Organize career fairs and targeted recruiting events.
• Coordinate collegiate competitions and programs.
