Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Emerging Talent Recruiter to identify and hire early-career talent for internships, co-ops, and rotational programs. You will lead full-lifecycle recruiting, build campus partnerships, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will design creative sourcing strategies, guide students from first engagement to offer, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. This role is on-site in Atlanta, with a focus on engaging university talent and shaping

Qualifications

2–4 years of full-lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Ability to proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines.
Creative candidate engagement and innovative outreach strategies.
Strong event execution for virtual and in-person experiences.
Ownership mindset with continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for early-career cohorts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
Develop campus networks and digital sourcing to maintain active candidate pipelines.
Design and run campus and intern program events (info sessions, interview days, mixers).
Partner with managers to define hiring needs and assessment models.
Manage applicant tracking system and ensure timely, high-quality communication.
Drive engagement to improve offer acceptance and reduce drop-offs.
