Must ensure safe equipment operation and collaborate with teams. The role requires knowledge of IPM, pesticides, and large/small power equipment, plus valid MA driver license and pesticide licenses.

Qualifications

• Recent grounds keeping experience within the past five years.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance, plant identification, and ornamental horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain campus grounds equipment safely.
• Perform mowing, weeding, planting, pruning, irrigation repairs, and litter removal.
• Support snow removal and weather-related emergencies.
• Assist with utility work and major renovation projects.
