Job summary

Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead a unit under $1.5M in annual volume. You will own client relations, budgeting, menu development, staffing, and service quality to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in food service management, strong leadership and financial skills, and a proven ability to develop teams while upholding Parkhurst standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience in food service management with leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills including labor and food cost controls.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dining operations software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dining operations planning, staffing, and budgeting for the unit.
• Develop and manage client relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
• Coach and develop unit management team; manage hourly recruiting and retention.
