Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, seeks a Business Manager 1 to lead financial activities for a dining service account between $5M and $10M. You’ll ensure accounting standards, improve efficiencies, and support payroll, invoicing, and reporting weekly and monthly.

You will guide the management team, manage costs, and maintain client relations while meeting contract terms and reporting requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of professional experience, including three in business management.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience in salary and wage administration.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proven math and financial management skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and oversee all financial activities and systems.
• Support reporting financial numbers and invoices weekly and monthly.
• Assist in annual budget development and cost control.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and revenue flow.
• Manage cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and resolve credit card issues.
• Oversee compliance with contract terms and client requirements.
