Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, seeks a Director of Catering to lead all catered functions from origination to execution in a unit with annual volume above $600K.

The role requires extensive experience in high-volume catering, strategic planning, and building strong client relationships to drive growth and service excellence. You will partner with sales to originate new business and design menus within customer budgets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years professional experience in catering/hospitality.
• 7+ years in high-volume catering.
• Ability to develop pricing and manage budgets.
• Experience training and managing catering staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all catered events from origination to execution.
• Collaborate with sales to generate new business.
• Plan menus aligned with customer expectations and budgets.
• Manage department cash handling and reporting.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards compliance.
