Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience with catering supervision.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• High school or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and consults with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures; uphold standards.
• Communicates using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives and coaches team members.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and informs management.
