Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead our catering team within Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining brand. You’ll oversee event service, staff coaching, and adherence to client and internal policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience, including supervisory exposure, strong organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in catering supervision.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises catering team and coordinates service in line with client needs and policies.
• Consults with management to implement improvements and ensure standards.
• Follows Parkhurst and client policies and procedures and upholds hospitality standards.
• Assists in purchasing foods and supplies as needed.
• Maintains presence in service areas to gauge guest satisfaction and report issues.
