Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group at Chatham is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Parkhurst Dining team, upholding core values and delivering hospitality excellence. This role supports a values-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow within a well-established hospitality group.

The position requires 6+ years in a food service setting, a higher-level degree is preferred, strong math and organizational skills, and proven leadership abilities to coach staff and maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisor and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area; collaborates with management to improve services.
• Follows Parkhurst and client policies and procedures; upholds standards.
• Coaches team using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and relay findings to management.
