Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Director of Catering to lead all catered functions with annual volume above $400K. This role partners with sales, plans menus, and drives growth while ensuring exceptional service and cost control across the unit.

The position involves managing complex events, supervising staff, and maintaining Parkhurst standards with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in catering or hospitality.
• 7+ years in high-volume catering or hospitality management.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all catered events from origination to execution.
• Develop catering systems conducive to growth and customer service.
• Partner with sales to generate new business and plan menus.
• Coordinate smooth event execution as principal contact and manager.
• Handle department cash, reporting, and rectify customer issues.
