Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction, and construction on complex data center projects. You will collaborate daily with Facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, and operations teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role demands extensive experience in commercial construction delivery methods, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multi-phase site development and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices.
• Experience with Lump Sum, CM@R, and Design Build delivery methods.
• Proficient in MS Office for program updates and budgeting.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple campus projects with updated budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Create monthly program status updates for executive reviews.
• Develop master development programs and capital budgets with stakeholders.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, change orders, and pay applications.
