Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities for multiple campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, an engineering background, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction projects delivery.
• Strong MS Office skills for program updates and budgets.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Create monthly updates for executive reviews and decision making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop master development programs.
• Manage entitlements, permitting, and site approvals.
• Develop site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality.
• Review pay apps and change orders with contractors.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers on client deals.
