Job summary

MAAS Companies, Inc. seeks a senior construction project manager to oversee multiple college campus projects concurrently, each ranging from five to one hundred million dollars.

You will validate field work against drawings, track schedule, budget, staffing, and changes, and report to the College Project Director and program office. You will lead risk identification and mitigation, coordinate phasing and swing space with the design team, and resolve complex issues with contractors, inspectors,

Qualifications

• 7 years managing more than one construction project at a time.
• 2 of those 7 years on school or college design and construction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 11 years with no degree as an alternative qualification.

Responsibilities

• Run several campus projects at the same time and report status to the College Project Director and program office.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and maintain the risk list.
• Coordinate construction phasing and swing space plans with the college and design team.
• Resolve complex construction problems with the design team, contractors, inspectors, and the Division of the State Architect.
• Oversee closeout with required sign-offs from the Division of the State Architect, the District, and the program office.
