Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple Campus Projects valued from $5M to $100M in Los Angeles.

You will review data, perform field verifications for design accuracy and DSA compliance, and report to the Project Director and PMO on status, schedule, costs and staffing. You will identify risks, propose mitigations, maintain a risk register, coordinate with the College, Design Team and contractors, and oversee swing space planning, phase execution, relocation, and project

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in management of multiple construction projects.
• 2 years of experience in educational facility design and construction.
• 4 years additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Campus Projects ranging in value from $5M to $100M.
• Review and summarize project data, conduct field checks for design and DSA compliance.
• Monitor, report, and provide recommendations to Project Director and PMO on status, schedule, costs and staffing.
• Identify risks, mitigate impacts, maintain risk register, and coordinate with College, Design Team and others.
• Devise construction phasing and swing space plans, track progress, resolve complex issues with stakeholders.
• Oversee close-out for DSA compliance, coordinate FF&E and relocation activities, support planning and design phases.
