Job summary

Morgner Construction Management Corp. is seeking a Construction Manager IV to lead the construction phase of a college facility project, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with design documents and DSA requirements.

The role involves coordinating with the Design Team, contractors, inspectors, and College PMO, performing field observations, reviewing project data, and advising the College Project Director on status, risks, and necessary actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in construction management of commercial and/or public facilities.
• BA or BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• OR minimum of 10 years in construction management of commercial and/or public facilities, managing multiple construction projects, with 4 years additional qualifying experience in excess of the minimum stated above substituted for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate all facets of the construction phase of a college facility project.
• Perform field checks for compliance of construction with design documents and DSA requirements; monitor status and provide recommendations.

Education

BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field

10 years in construction management of commercial and/or public facilities, with 4 years additional qualifying experience in lieu of education
