Job summary

Morgner Construction Management Corp. seeks a Project Manager IV to oversee multiple Campus Projects valued from $5M to $100M.

You will review data, conduct field checks for design and DSA compliance, monitor project status, and provide guidance to the College Project Director and PMO on schedule, costs, staffing, and changes. Based on field observations and design knowledge, you will identify risks, propose mitigations, maintain a risk register, and coordinate with design teams, contractors,

Qualifications

• 15+ years managing multiple major construction projects.
• At least 4 years in educational facility design and construction.
• BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4 additional qualifying years may substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize project data across campus projects.
• Conduct field checks for compliance with design documents and DSA requirements.
• Monitor, report, and provide recommendations on status, schedule, costs, budget, staffing, delays, changes, and compliance.
• Maintain a risk register and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with College, Design Team, contractors, inspectors, DSA, and others to resolve issues.
• Oversee close-out of Campus Projects and post-construction matters (FF&E, asset disposition).
• Assist other CPLT and CPT members in planning, programming, and reporting to stakeholders.
