This role centers on resolving disputes, managing change orders with large-scale impact, and ensuring quality control across projects. You will develop OAR performance, monitor schedules, and coordinate across multiple District branches while shaping policies and

Qualifications

• Path A requires 20 years in project and construction management, 10+ years on large programs over $50M, plus 5 years in education/public works/construction.
• Path B requires 25 years in PM/CM, 20+ years on large programs over $50M, with degree and CCM preferred.
• CCM from CMAA may substitute for the degree

Responsibilities

• Provide construction oversight of Owner's Authorized Representatives and the district's largest programs.
• Resolve complex disputes, high-impact change orders, and cost/schedule variances.
• Develop and monitor OAR performance; review progress against schedules.
• Direct cost control, contract administration, and quality control across multiple projects.
• Coordinate fiscal management and policy execution across District branches.
