As a senior on-site role, you will oversee multiple campus projects, manage field checks, and report on progress to the College Project Director and program office, while mitigating risks and coordinating with design teams and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Seven years of managing more than one construction project at a time.
• Experience on school or college design and construction projects.
• Legal and regulatory familiarity with construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects simultaneously ($5M–$100M each).
• Conduct field checks to ensure construction matches drawings and codes.
• Provide status reports on schedule, cost, budget, staffing, delays, disputes, and changes.
• Maintain the risk list, propose fixes, and keep records current.
• Coordinate construction phasing and swing space plans with college and design team.
• Resolve complex issues with design team, contractors, inspectors, and the Division of the State Architect.
• Oversee closeout including sign-off by relevant authorities and coordinating relocation and furniture.
• Support the rest of the project team through planning, programming, and design.
