Qualifications

• Progressive Design Build delivery experience required.
• Experience managing public-sector or K-12 construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the District's capital design and construction projects from design to DSA close-out.
• Mentor Project and Construction Managers and drive project goals within time and funding parameters.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and manage communications, schedules, and budgets.
