Cooley LLP seeks a Campaign Strategy Senior Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team in Chicago. This role is part of the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, driving scalable, data-backed frameworks that convert strategic choices into strong market performance.

The position requires extensive journey mapping, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with CRM, analytics, and project management tech. Travel may be required to support campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and mapping client journeys across lifecycle.
• Strong storytelling with data to optimize campaigns and channels.
• Ability to lead projects and teams across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mapping of client journeys and translate marketing plans into tactical flows.
• Develop and maintain a library of Standard Journey templates.
• Coordinate tactics across channels and ensure seamless handoffs in the client journey.
• Monitor campaign health and adjust creative, targeting, and cadence.
• Define segmentation and dynamic content rules for personalization.
• Collaborate with BU Marketers to reflect business needs in journeys.
• Align journeys with Digital Experience teams and ensure proper setup.
• Lead UAT for multi-touch journeys and ensure tracking and triggers function.
• Provide actionable campaign insights and post-mortem recommendations.
• Coordinate content development for campaigns and manage resources.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
