Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Campaign Strategy Senior Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team in New York. You will lead end-to-end client journey mapping, design standardized journey templates, and ensure campaigns are connected across channels to optimize market performance.

With 7+ years of relevant experience, you will mentor staff, partner with BU marketers, and oversee UAT, reporting, and content coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the field with 2+ years of exempt/management experience in relevant roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.
• Demonstrated success in design and mapping of customer journeys across the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mapping of client journeys across lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a library of Standard Journey templates.
• Ensure campaigns are connected across channels and touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign health and optimize creative, targeting, and cadence.
• Define segmentation and dynamic content rules for personalization.
• Partner with BU Marketers to reflect business needs in journeys.
• Coordinate channel integrations with the Digital Experience team.
• Lead UAT for multi-touch journeys and ensure flawless triggers.
• Synthesize insights into actionable feedback for stakeholders.
• Coordinate content development for campaigns with the content team.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports; manage staffing and performance.
