Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Campaigns and Digital to join the Marketing and Client Development team. The role leads MarTech, governance, workflows, and training for a data-driven, scalable marketing backbone.

You will supervise staff, partner with Finance, HR, Communications, Innovation, and Tech, and drive compliant, efficient campaigns and client development initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years applicable experience in marketing or business development, with leadership exposure.
• Experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing.
• Experience planning and operating marketing/client development activities.
• Hands-on with project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• MarTech administration: track, monitor, and audit the firm's marketing/ sales tech stack.
• Plan intake and governance for marketing requests and align leadership on priorities.
• Design workflows to reduce friction and speed time-to-market.
• Develop and deliver an ongoing training curriculum for the M&CD team.
• Serve as primary operations liaison between M&CD, Finance, HR, Communications, Innovation, and Tech.
• Lead change management when deploying new tools or structures.
• Monitor marketing and business development activities for policy and privacy compliance.
• Direct supervision of direct reports, manage staffing and time/leave oversight.
• Support hiring, performance reviews, and employee lifecycle with HR.
