Job summary

Greenlight Action is seeking a Senior Manager, Campaign Research to lead a team of researchers evaluating local energy projects and shaping research-informed campaign strategy. This remote role reports to the Director, Campaign Research and may involve occasional in-person time.

The position offers a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 with benefits including 100% employer-paid health insurance, unlimited PTO, a monthly technology stipend, and 401(k) and Roth retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing research for advocacy and campaigns.
• Experience leading a core research area and supervising staff.
• Experience identifying new data sources and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage core research programs to support local campaigns.
• Lead a team of researchers to identify, evaluate, and support campaigns.
• Supervise researchers to produce high-quality research products and develop staff.
• Improve research processes to drive campaign outcomes.
• Develop workplans and recruit staffing, vendors, and data sources.
• Collaborate with research, campaigns, communications, and partnerships teams.
