Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure seamless campaigns across our global IPs. You will link brand partners with internal production and creative teams, owning projects from handoff to final delivery. A strong candidate has 3-5 years in account management within media, agency experience, and solid YouTube channel management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in account management or client-facing roles.
• Experience with YouTube channel management.
• Experience in an ad agency environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing ongoing communication and ensuring high-quality account stewardship.
• Own the execution of campaigns from start to finish, including coordination of YouTube content, ads, and expanded series initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams—media, creative, production, and finance—to manage deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee project logistics, asset delivery, creative approvals, production schedules, and reporting.
• Lead client status meetings and provide proactive updates to align all partners on milestones.
• Maintain understanding of client goals to support long-term partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor project health and flag risks or budget concerns early; work cross-functionally to resolve.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform client discussions and final reporting.
• Develop knowledge of Moonbug IP to advise on social and media strategies.
