Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles seeks an Associate Director, Media Operations to lead day-to-day operations during a fixed-term parental leave cover. You will steer campaign delivery across owned content and platforms, partnering with global teams and major advertisers from our LA office.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in digital media with 8+ years leading teams, and deep experience with YouTube, CTV, and programmatic buying.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital media with 8+ years leading teams.
• Deep experience in YouTube, CTV, and paid social advertising.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, trafficking, execution, pacing, and delivery of campaigns across Moonbug’s digital portfolio.
• Troubleshoot issues that affect delivery, reporting, or performance.
• Manage and develop a team of 3 ad ops professionals.
• Coordinate with Ad Sales, Sales Planning, Account Management, Finance, Tech, and partners.
• Partner with Finance on monthly reconciliation and billing queries.
• Maintain high standards for ad serving, targeting, and inventory across YouTube, CTV, paid social.
• Represent Ad Operations for the Head of Media when needed.
• Join client meetings to provide operational or technical input.
• Bring 10+ years of digital media experience; 8+ years leading teams.
