Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment seeks a Senior Account Coordinator to manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure flawless campaign execution across global IPs. You will serve as the essential link between brand partners and internal production and creative teams.

You will own campaigns from handoff from sales to delivery, coordinating YouTube content, ads, and cross-channel initiatives. This role emphasizes proactive communication and meticulous project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management within media/advertising.
• Experience managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube channel management and social integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution including YouTube content and ads.
• Coordinate with media, creative, production and finance teams.
• Oversee project logistics: asset delivery, approvals, schedules, reporting.
• Run client status meetings with clear updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain understanding of client goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor project health and flag risks or budget discrepancies early.
• Collect and analyze campaign data for client discussions and reporting.
• Develop knowledge of Moonbug IP to advise clients on strategies.
