We’re seeking a Campaigns Marketing Lead who will design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, using AI to speed testing and analysis, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations. This role supports a remote-first, globally distributed team and offers flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• AI Fluency Level 3 mindset: design/testing/optimization approach beyond personal work
• Proven track record managing campaigns in tech/software
• Comfort redesigning workflows with AI and checking AI outputs
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools HubSpot and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content
• Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve performance
• Use AI tools to speed up campaign analysis and turn insights into repeatable approaches
• Report on campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations
