Qualifications

• AI fluency at level 3 with proven impact on testing or reporting workflows.
• Track record of successful campaigns in technology or software businesses.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfort using data and analytics to shape decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEM, SEO, email, social, content) with strategic input.
• Conduct A/B testing and CRO to boost campaign performance.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis and turn insights into repeatable processes.
• Report campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations.
