Mews, a hospitality technology platform, is seeking a Marketing Campaigns lead to design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content. You will own strategy and channel mix, and turn data into actionable recommendations.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in technology campaigns, strong AI fluency, hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce experience, and a data-driven approach to decisions. This remote-first role offers flexible work options.

Qualifications

• AI fluency demonstrated by redesigning campaign testing or reporting, with measurable impact.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns in technology or software businesses.
• Comfort redesigning workflows with AI and checking AI output before acting.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfort using data and analytics to shape decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, run and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEM, SEO, email, social, content).
• Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization to improve performance.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis and testing and scale successful approaches.
• Report campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
