You’ll work with a global, remote-first team to drive measurable results and scalable processes across markets. Ideal candidates bring a track record in tech marketing, hands-on HubSpot/Salesforce experience, and a data-driven mindset to optimize

Qualifications

AI Fluency Level 3 with proven ability to redesign testing or reporting workflows.
Track record of successful campaigns in technology or software businesses.
Comfort redesigning workflows with AI and checking AI output before acting.

Responsibilities

Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEM, SEO, email, social, content) with strategy input.
Run A/B tests and CRO to boost performance.
Use AI tools to speed up campaign analysis and establish repeatable approaches for the team.
Report on campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
