Qualifications

• AI Fluency Level 3: has redesigned campaign testing or reporting for teams and validates AI insights before acting.
• Track record of successful campaigns in technology or software businesses.
• AI fluency level equivalent: comfortable redesigning workflows with AI and building repeatable approaches.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfort using data and analytics to shape decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEM, SEO, email, social, content) with strategy ownership.
• Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Use AI tools to speed up campaign analysis and testing and create repeatable approaches for the team.
• Report on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
