You will run A/B testing, leverage AI to accelerate insights, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering multi-channel tech campaigns.
• Experience in technology or software businesses.
• Ability redesign workflows with AI and check AI outputs.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content.
• Run A/B testing and CRO to improve performance.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis and turn insights into repeatable approaches.
• Report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
