Senior Campaign Manager – Demand Generation (B2B Marketing) East or Central time zones

Are you a campaign mastermind ready to own revenue-driven marketing in a high-growth environment? We're looking for a Senior Campaign Manager who thrives on building standout campaigns that move the needle, not just in leads, but in measurable pipeline impact.

You’ll play a critical role in generating 33% of our sales pipeline, turning MQLs into measurable revenue. This is not just a campaign execution role, it’s a strategic, cross-functional opportunity where your creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership will shine.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Campaign Leadership: Design and execute full-funnel campaigns that set the standard in our space
  • Content Control: Own editorial content and production, shaping messaging that communicates our unique value and drives engagement
  • Performance Reporting: Use data to track and optimise campaigns, report across channels, and deliver real impact metrics
  • Media & Events: Oversee webinars, video content, and script production with confidence and precision
  • Omnichannel Integration: Work across email, SEO, performance marketing and more to ensure a cohesive, effective approach
You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, DaaS or PRA
  • Strong background in demand generation and pipeline contribution
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, ON24, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
  • Proven experience in content marketing, campaign reporting, and cross-channel strategy
  • Ability to lead with solutions, adapt quickly, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Must have real examples of driving revenue with marketing programs
  • Experience marketing to supply chain or operations personas is a plus
