Job Details

We are seeking a detail-obsessed, execution-savvy Campaign Manager (Ad Builder) to join a fast-growing eCommerce marketing team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for building, launching, and managing all paid social campaigns across core performance channels: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, AppLovin, and Snapchat. You will play a critical part in bringing products to market, scaling customer acquisition, and ensuring ads go live flawlessly and fast.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Building & Launch Execution

  • Construct high-performing paid social campaigns in line with growth objectives across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
  • Build campaigns from the ground up: ad sets, creatives, placements, budgets, targeting, and tracking.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow platform best practices and internal guidelines (naming conventions, etc.).

Creative Deployment

  • Upload and deploy all ad creatives (static, video, UGC, DPA, etc.) based on platform requirements.
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure formats and specs are optimized for each channel.
  • Execute tests to support learning agendas and scale winners efficiently.

Pixel & Tracking Implementation

  • Set up and validate pixel events, UTMs, and custom tracking to ensure proper attribution on ads.

QA & Campaign Hygiene

  • Run thorough QA on every ad before launch — zero tolerance for broken links, off-brand creative, or mistargeted ads.
  • Monitor active campaigns to catch anomalies in delivery, and spend.

Operational Excellence

  • Own internal process improvements to make campaign creation faster and more scalable.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work alongside media buyers and creative strategists to hit ROAS and CAC goals.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently around ad status, issues, and platform changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in paid social campaign building, trafficking, or ad operations — ideally for a DTC eCommerce brand or agency.
  • Some experience with Meta Ads Manager preferred. Will learn TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, AppLovin, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
  • Working knowledge of ad formats, placements, and optimization methods across platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, speed, and consistency — thrives on clean builds and tight execution.
  • Comfortable working in high-velocity, data-driven environments with multiple product SKUs and creative variants.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with mobile-first creative testing frameworks.
  • Experience supporting large-scale seasonal campaigns or product launches.
