Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and volunteer management skills.
• Experience in fundraising and donor development.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue targets.
• Implement campaign standards across event portfolio to hit annual budgets.
• Maintain KPI dashboards to forecast revenue and adjust activity.
• Partner with Campaign Development Director to build strategic plans and revisions.
• Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline with corporate partners and closing revenue-generating agreements.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to align mission-driven activities.
