Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer campaigns within a designated market area. You will implement campaign standards, track KPI performance, and collaborate with regional teams to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Experience with peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and volunteer management.

Responsibilities

• Build high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to drive revenue.
• Maintain KPI tracking and use data to steer campaigns.
• Collaborate with Campaign Development Director and Director of Campaign Excellence to plan and revise portfolios.
• Develop sponsorship pipeline by prospecting corporate partners and closing deals.
• Coordinate with regional teams and national shared service partners.
